Where Art Meets Execution.

Art Story Events was founded as the creative events arm of Art Story Studio. With 3+ years of dedicated events experience, we understand what it takes to create a genuinely great creative experience at scale.

Our facilitators are trained artists and experienced event professionals. Every workshop is designed with care, every detail considered. We're proud to have worked with Hong Kong's most respected organisations — and equally proud of the personal birthday parties and intimate weddings we've helped make unforgettable.

Everything you need
to know.

We recommend at least 2–3 weeks for smaller events (under 50 people) and 4–6 weeks for larger events or those with bespoke branding requirements. That said, we do accommodate last-minute enquiries where possible — just reach out and we'll tell you what's feasible.

Yes — all materials, aprons, setup and breakdown are included in our packages. You don't need to prepare or source anything. We arrive with everything and leave with everything.

Absolutely. We operate at your venue, your office, hotels, event spaces, or outdoor locations across Hong Kong. We assess the space and adapt our setup accordingly. We also have access to a private studio space if you'd prefer to come to us.

That's the norm — and exactly what we design for. Our facilitators are experienced in working with complete beginners and mixed groups. Every workshop is structured so that everyone succeeds and leaves proud of what they've made, regardless of experience level.

Yes — we offer a range of branding options, from custom colour palettes and branded takeaway packaging to fully themed activations around your brand identity. Speak to us about what you have in mind and we'll design accordingly.
